The Omega Academy is a program of cooperation with schools and universities educating specialists in occupations related to the TFL industry. The aim of the project is to support the development of interests, passions and practical skills among young people and students, linking their future with the broader area of transport and logistics. By organizing lessons in schools, lectures and scientific circles at universities, open days at Omega Pilzno facilities and providing the possibility of apprenticeships and taking of permanent employment, the Academy helps in shaping the characteristics and skills sought by employers in the modern labour market.
The students of the Omega Academy are already starting to build their own competences at the education stage, increasing their chances of finding a future job. The project is part of a wider strategy to support local development.
